PRESIDENT: A. Desirae Beard assumed the day to day operations of the family owned business in 2009. She can be found in the office everyday managing scheduling, ordering and quality control. VICE PRESIDENT AND PRIMARY WELDER: Loal Beard grew up in the farming and ranching community of Hondo, Texas. A native Texan, he learned to think on his feet and taught himself to weld at an early age. Loal received his start in the Houston area oil and gas industry after a move landed him a job as a welder in a local machine shop. In 2005 the decision was made to branch out and Beard Welding came into existence. He is a natural problem solver and enjoys finding better solutions, is constantly refining techniques, and takes pride in a job well done. Loal can be reached by email at loal@beardwelding.net.
